There are all sorts of ways you can plan this and will depend on how much time you have. Saturday Drive from UK and arrive in Nice for overnight in hotel. Sunday Take car on ferry Nice/Bastia. Depart 0730, arrive Bastia 1415. Check into Corsican Affair villa or residence 1-2 hr’s drive. Return Sunday Check out of villa or residence in morning. Take car ferry Bastia/Nice. Depart 1545, arrive Nice 2230. Overnight in hotel. Monday Drive back to UK Option 2 Outward Saturday Drive from UK, arrive in Marseille, catch overnight car ferry. Depart 2115, arrive Bastia 0715. Check into Corsican Affair villa or residence 1-2 hr’s drive. Return Sunday Check out of villa or residence in morning. Take car on overnight ferry. Depart Bastia 2130 Arrive Marseille 0730 Monday Drive back to UK. Times of crossings will vary according to season. Other crossings available from Nice/Marseille to Calvi. |
