This charming stone villa with simple rustic furnishings has an idyllic situation hidden away amongst a profusion of trees and vegetation, with stunning views over the white sands of Palombaggia beach. The seclusion and tranquillity of this property offers visitors an ideal location for relaxation with one of the best beaches in the south just 15 minutes walk away on which you will also find the excellent Tamaricciu restaurant. The spacious garden with its attractive rock formations has been carefully planned to offer both sunny and shady areas through the day.
To sample some of the local delicacies there are a number of restaurants around the Palombaggia peninsular, a particular favourite is the Costa Marina. Alternatively Porto Vecchio with its wide range of bars and restaurants is 15 minutes drive. A whole range of watersports is available at the beach of St Giulia; and Bonifacio with its white cliffs and port attracting yachts from all over the world is easily accessible for a day out.
DETAILS OF ACCOMMODATION
The entrance to the villa leads directly into the open plan kitchen/dining room and living room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, cooking rings, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine. A low bar separates the kitchen from the dining room area which has a door leading onto the terrace. The downstairs living area, with satellite TV and stereo, has chairs and a sofa arranged around a stone fireplace. There is a door leading to the bathroom and WC. The master bedroom is next to the dining room with a door leading onto the terrace. Up steep stairs is a double bedroom and twin bedroom off the landing.
The terrace and garden area are furnished and the enclosed 8m x 5m swimming pool is located 10m away from the house; there is also a portable barbecue. At one end of the pool with doors opening to the terrace is a studio with double bed, kitchenette with fridge and a shower room/WC.
